This is the perfect way to have a toasty bathroom without heating the entire house. And it can be quite warm, too. Reduces condensation as well as the room surfaces are warm. Got one in every bathroom.

This is great Fan and I wish I had room in the second bath room for one.
It Does need it's own current for the fan and switch - because of the heater. |
GREAT bath fan!

This is the best, silent fan, great heater. We just added a new bath,(9X12) the heater warms up the bathroom in about 3 min., the fan is so silent, it sounds like it's not on. Price tag is high, but worth every penny. We have a smaller unit in our other bath, & it's still working great after 18 years.
I love the nightlight feature

This thing is perfect! I love the nightlight and the exhaust fan is so quiet that it's hard to remember to turn it off. It has a heater also and my wife and kids like that. It is big and when you cut the hole in the ceiling stay off the joist at least a half inch for proper exhaust pipe clearance. I broke the plastic flange for the exhaust pipe during installation but I called and Nutone sent me another for free! I love this company and am going to get another for our other bath.
Excellent fan/heater/light, and company

I had this unit installed during a bathroom remodel, and it is exactly as advertised - quiet and effective. However I had trouble at first: the heater was a little noisy and sounded as though something was rubbing. The exhaust fan was extremely noisy. The Broan technical support people were very good - they immediately sent me a replacement heater unit (it installs very easily from below, no need to remove from the ceiling), and after I described the second problem suggested that the exhaust ducting needs a minimum of a 2 foot straight run after it leaves the unit. I was using flexible insulated ducting, and when that was straightened for the first 2-3 feet, the noise dropped dramatically. The unit is now very quiet, and Broan impressed me with the way they stood behind their product.
